Question by ahffsdhfkg: Can an interpretation of a poem or lyrics be improper?
Because I think there is no tangible way an interpretation could be considered “improper”. I doubt the writer wants their song/poem to be one backed. If I composed a poem utilizing apples as a metaphor for happiness, I would desire someone to scan it, and think of an event or experience, whether it was a bittersweet, felicitous, or breathless experience. So what do you think.

Well, sometimes it can be improper in the sense that that was not what the author destined you to finger. But seeing as it is your personal interpretation, there tangiblely is no tangible way to be “wrong” about the way you feel about something
