I’d like to become certified as a translator/interpreter.

Applications are available on the TDLR website’s Court Interpreters page (www.license.state.tx.us/court/court.htm) or by naming the Department at (512) 463-6599.Here is a link to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, specifically Texas Court Interpreters website in reference to your question. Good luck. I think it is extraordinary that you are concerned. There are not many accessible in some areas of the state and it would be discriminating to have more people interested. Seems like it would be an enthusiastic opportunity
