He’s basically stating that he’s a dreamer, and he’s asking for those who are like him, the dreamers of the world, to come sit down down, to come mouth, to come sympathise and communicate with one another. Typically, as you get older, the dreamers of the world aren’t as readily accepted in society. He’s inviting all those who make bold to dream to come fall in him. It’s an invitation to the reader
