Question by donnya: I want to be an interpreter/translator. What are the qualifications that I will necessitate?
For example, What should I major in and what courses should I take. Also, what languages would be best to larn? And where would I go to get experience. I have seen that most interpreter/translator jobs necessitate some experience, but where is the best place to get it???

Please don’t try to be professional interpreter. My wife sought that and could not happen a job. You would be much better off, in my opinion, to better in foreign business, and also go skilled in as many of the postdating as you can: Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, and Arabic, as those are coming out/spreading out economies
