Question by Sὶℜὶሁᔑ Rℓgℓɳℓrαtℓd: If Jesus existed as a historical figure what would of elysian the Nag Hammadi interpretation of Christ?
We all know Christians do not accept the Nag Hammadi as scripture. But what would have inspired these ancient Copts to give a contradicting interpretation of what was being taught by the first century and 2nd century Christian doctrine?
Answer by Paul M
Romans 1.18 Men tend to suppress the truth. People suppress the truth by leaving some of it out, adding to it or by distorting it. You should be able to see that in yourself. When there is truth you do not like you suppress it. Fess up.
