In any dispute, it is better to settle out of court. Send a polite but firm email indicating the nature of your objection and ask for a reply within a short period. If you receive no reply within that period, send a follow-up email. If you still receive no reply, telephone the person. Prepare the message you want to leave if you cannot contact them. If none of this produces results, send a registered letter recalling the items and events in the dispute, inviting the customer to reply, indicating you have taken legal counsel.
