Question by ╚»ÐÔÅÁ♫: What is a center of rotation? && What makes a rotation different from a translation?
I need help with just two questions:
1.) What is a center of rotation?
2.) What makes a rotation different from a translation?
Thanks in advanced!! =D

1.It is the point that does not move (doesn’t rotate) and about which all of the other points rotate.
2. In a translation all the points move the same amount and direction. In a rotation all points move about the center of rotation and not all points move the same amount, only those at the same distance from the center of rotation. Also, the center of rotation does not move at all.
